from the SOUTH (Roma)
- A1 Roma - Orte
- E45 Orte - Ponte San Giovanni
- Raccordo PERUGIA-A1 (direction Firenze) - exit Mantignana
- Strada Provinciale 172 to Mantignana
- Drive along the highway E45 that from Orte leads to Umbria. At Ponte San Giovanni take the highway Raccordo Perugia-A1. Your exit is Mantignana, after the exit “Corciano”.
- After the exit Mantignana, enter the roundabout and take the road 172 to Mantignana / Umbertide. After few kilometres go past the exit to Corciano (on the right-hand side) and after 200 metres turn left in direction of Mantignana.

If you come from the Adriatic Regions, you can drive along various routes.

a) Gubbio-Umbertide, E45 (direction Perugia/Roma), Pierantonio, Strada Provinciale 172 Pierantonio - San Giovanni del Pantano - Mantignana
b) Gubbio-Bosco, E45 (direction Perugia/Roma), Ponte San Giovanni - Raccordo Perugia-A1 - exit Mantignana
2) ANCONA, Fabriano, Fossato di Vico, Valfabbrica, E45 (direction Perugia/Roma), Ponte San Giovanni - Raccordo Perugia-A1 - exit Mantignana
3) CIVITANOVA MARCHE, Macerata, Colfiorito, Foligno, E45 (direction Perugia/Roma), Ponte San Giovanni - Raccordo Perugia-A1 - exit Mantignana
B. from Mantignana to Agriturismo La Posta di Confine
When you reach Mantignana you are driving along Via Leonardo da Vinci. Between the two buildings of the Bank, take Via Michelangelo and drive straight ahead. Drive past the sports facilities, the school and the Molino di Ellera (all of them on your left-hand side). Just after the Molino di Ellera turn left to Via Papini. Drive for 100 metres and then turn left to Via Alta.
Drive along the uphill road, then drive past two houses on your left-hand side. Few metres after the empty house on your left-hand side turn right and drive through a first stretch of wood. Then drive past a house on your right-hand side and finally drive through another stretch of wood. When you exit the wood, after a bend you will find yourself at the gate of the facility.

Guests will receive an ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE which includes: breakfast, heating, air-conditioning, kitchen-gas, safe for valuables in bedroom, access to swimming pool, bath towels, deckchairs and beds for sunbathing, weekly and final cleaning, weekly household linen change, daily bathroom linen change, laundry, use of bikes, use of Internet, access to the living room with TV set and piano, parking within the fence of the estate.
